Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, business or marketing major preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent administrative skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational abilities and accuracy in data tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Update Win/Loss/Pipeline data in FilePro.
• Enter quotes data for top customers.
• Analyze house account data and assist with forecasting.
• Research market trends in customer spending and DoD funding.
• Support sales leadership with data organization and reporting.
• Coordinate additional projects as assigned by Manager.
