Job summary

Jobtailor in North Carolina is seeking a data analytics professional to own sales performance analysis, turning numbers into actionable insights for senior sales leadership. You will build dashboards and tear sheets and ensure data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems.

You will automate recurring reporting with Microsoft Power Automate, explore AI assistants to boost efficiency, and collaborate with Sales Strategy, Operations, Finance, and divisional leads to align definitions and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics or related field.
Approximately 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or sales operations roles.
Hands-on experience with automation or low-code tools is a plus.
Strong Excel data analysis, modeling, and reusable sheet skills.
Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau.
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, NetSuite) and ERP (NetSuite, Ormandy).
Comfort working across multiple systems with attention to data accuracy.
Experience with low-code automation tools (Power Automate) and broader Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance across the organization to answer leadership questions.

Build and maintain reports, tear sheets, dashboards for stakeholders.
Source and reconcile data across CRM and ERP systems to ensure accuracy.

Support sales territory planning through data prep and scenarios.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure tools are accurate and usable.
Apply low-code automation to streamline recurring reporting.
Build AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.
Document tools and workflows for maintainability.
