Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to identify process gaps, improve data quality in CRM, and optimize tooling to support the sales team and cross-functional partners.

You will partner with CRM Technology, Product, and Engineering to scope and launch new tools, drive adoption, and use AI-enabled workflows to enhance analysis and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in relevant fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, data structures, and process support.
• Experience improving data quality and governance through standardization and workflow support.
• Ability to gather requirements and contribute to scalable operational or technical solutions.
• Experience partnering with technical teams on automation and tooling improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps, tooling needs, and data quality issues and translate into requirements.
• Improve CRM data quality through cleansing, structuring, enrichment, and account maintenance.
• Manage third-party tools supporting the sales team, driving improvements and adoption.
• Partner with CRM Technology, Product, Engineering to support prioritization, scoping, testing, and adoption.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, and operational work.
