Job summary

Extremity Care is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide analytics, prepare and present key sales drivers and financial results. You will partner with sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, and other departments to guide our sales team with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics or related field.
• Background investigation clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable datasets to support sales reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Deliver data-driven insights to executive and sales leadership on trends, performance, and financial analysis.
• Track actuals vs quota vs forecast; assist with quarterly planning.
• Communicate with the sales team to raise awareness of customer activity and identify opportunities.
• Extract, clean, and validate sales data using data management best practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports with high accuracy.
• Support calculation and payment of sales team variable compensation and related inquiries.
• Assist in developing compensation plans and metrics that drive rep behavior.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA/ISO/regulatory standards and internal SOPs.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain reliable attendance.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
