Job summary

Definitive Healthcare is seeking a Senior Commercial Insights Analyst to support revenue operations with predictive modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build data models and forecasting frameworks that drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, and Sigma skills, experience building forecasting models, and CRM exposure (Salesforce) in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or similar).
• 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, BI, or analytics with forecasting/predictive modeling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau and/or Sigma, including data modeling and dashboard automation.
• Experience building forecasting or predictive models in a SaaS or subscription environment.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce) and GTM tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong).
• Familiarity with statistics (regression, cohort analysis) applied to forecasting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain predictive dashboards and reporting in Salesforce, Tableau and/or Sigma.
• Develop and refine forecasting models to improve prediction accuracy across the funnel.
• Analyze historical trends and build models to identify drivers of win/loss and deal velocity.
• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for varying market conditions.
• Build attribution models with Marketing Operations to analyze pipeline-to-revenue.
• Translate complex quantitative models into clear recommendations for GTM leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance on annual planning and revenue modeling.
• Create SQL-based data pipelines to support dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Communicate methodologies and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
