Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Cincinnati is seeking a data analytics professional to own the Kroger reporting ecosystem, building scalable data tools and dynamic dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will partner with Analytics, Sales, Category, Finance and technical teams to integrate sources like Snowflake, Circana and Planning Tools, drive governance, and deliver measurable business impact while promoting data literacy across the Kroger team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years in data analytics/visualization or project management.
• Experience with data manipulation and validation.
• Strong Power BI skills and data synthesis.
• Ability to read/write SQL; Snowflake experience a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake or SQL-based tools.
• Understanding of sales/inventory metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Kroger reporting and analytics ecosystem with dashboards and data tools.
• Lead analytics roadmap and intake translating needs into scalable solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Power BI reporting.
• Establish data governance, definitions, validation, and refresh processes.
• Integrate internal/external data sources for scorecards and forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Category, Finance, and tech teams to drive impact.
• Champion data literacy and analytics best practices.
