Job summary

Senior Star in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Sales Analytics Coordinator to empower our sales leaders with accurate data and intuitive reporting. You will manage the WelcomeHome CRM, maintain data integrity, and build dashboards that show occupancy and performance.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights, support Tableau reporting and executive updates, and train users to leverage the tools effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (WelcomeHome and Tableau preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or sales analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for our WelcomeHome CRM.
• Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and system integrity.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that support sales performance and occupancy goals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide actionable insights.
• Support Tableau reporting, bonus tracking, and executive reporting.
• Train and support WelcomeHome users while troubleshooting system issues.
• Manage sales technology platforms and vendor relationships.
