Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to upper management via general clerical duties.
• Use data systems (Branches, Slicer, IRI, Tableau) to identify opportunities to drive JB growth.
• Compile sales reports and supplier end-of-month and program reports.
• Track monthly reports on spreadsheets and ensure accuracy.
• Build PowerPoint supplier recaps for management reviews.
• Distribute all reports weekly to managers across teams.
• Prepare divisional information for supplier meetings and calls with management.
• Assist in managing LMF funds and bank relations related to local marketing.
• Track free goods programs and budgets with weekly updates.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly incentive plans and recap for Sales Managers.
• Provide daily and weekly sales updates and objective tracking.

This position is responsible for sales analysis, tracking, recapping and reporting of sales data and goals for the sales teams and managers. The most successful Sales Analyst will be able to rely on basic instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position. Will develop and create sales tools and presentations each month. Will be responsible for planning all aspects of sales meetings. Can adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in Excel as well as other Microsoft Office programs

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to all upper management by performing general clerical duties.
• Utilize data systems like Branches, Slicer, IRI, Tableau, etc. to identify key targeted channel driven opportunities to drive incremental JB business.
• Compile sales reports, supplier end of month reports and completion of chain programs.
• Track monthly reports on spreadsheets.
• Review, Build and Analyze Go Spot Check Missions and Submissions.
• Build PowerPoint Supplier Recaps.
• Distribute all reports on a weekly basis to all managers.
• Prepare divisional-level information for supplier meetings. Prepare upper management for calls and meetings with key suppliers.
• Assist in the management of LMF funds and banks as it relates to local marketing and brand planning.
• Keep track of all free good programs, budgets, etc. and give weekly updates.
• Oversee and track all monthly, quarterly incentive plans and recap each Sales Manager.
• Daily Sales Updates and Weekly Sales Objectives Updates.

Qualifications

• Work experience in analyst role preferred
• 3+ years CPG experience or related field
• Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills with a strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage programs.
• Extensive computer knowledge in all Microsoft programs including Word Processing, spreadsheet capability, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Professional, organized and energetic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess initiative and motivation.
• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Ability to multi task, work on several initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Programming and Price Structure experience a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required (or analogous industry experience / skills)
