Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years of CPG experience or related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Programming experience and pricing structure knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to upper management and perform general clerical duties.
• Use data systems like Branches, Slicer, IRI and Tableau to identify key opportunities to drive incremental JB business.
• Compile sales reports and end-of-month supplier reports; complete chain programs.
• Track monthly reports on spreadsheets and prepare divisional-level information for supplier meetings.
• Build PowerPoint supplier recaps and distribute weekly reports to managers.
• Assist in managing LMF funds and local brand planning budgets.
• Monitor free goods programs and monthly/quarterly incentive recap for Sales Managers.
• Prepare for calls and meetings with key suppliers and upper management.

This position is responsible for sales analysis, tracking, recapping and reporting of sales data and goals for the sales teams and managers. The most successful Sales Analyst will be able to rely on basic instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position. Will develop and create sales tools and presentations each month. Will be responsible for planning all aspects of sales meetings. Can adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in Excel as well as other Microsoft Office programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all upper management by performing general clerical duties.
• Utilize data systems like Branches, Slicer, IRI, Tableau, etc. to identify key targeted channel driven opportunities to drive incremental JB business.
• Compile sales reports, supplier end of month reports and completion of chain programs.
• Track monthly reports on spreadsheets.
• Review, Build and Analyze Go Spot Check Missions and Submissions.
• Build PowerPoint Supplier Recaps.
• Distribute all reports on a weekly basis to all managers.
• Prepare divisional-level information for supplier meetings. Prepare upper management for calls and meetings with key suppliers.
• Assist in the management of LMF funds and banks as it relates to local marketing and brand planning.
• Keep track of all free good programs, budgets, etc. and give weekly updates.
• Oversee and track all monthly, quarterly incentive plans and recap each Sales Manager.
• Daily Sales Updates and Weekly Sales Objectives Updates.

Qualifications

• Work experience in analyst role preferred
• 3+ years CPG experience or related field
• Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills with a strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage programs.
• Extensive computer knowledge in all Microsoft programs including Word Processing, spreadsheet capability, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Professional, organized and energetic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess initiative and motivation.
• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi task, work on several initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Programming and Price Structure experience a plus.
