Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and exceptional customer service to meet client needs.

• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and enhance relationship‑building efforts.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and store initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand policies and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high‑volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
