Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer service and curate personalized styling experiences to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. They leverage product knowledge, clienteling tools, and outreach to meet individual and store sales goals. The role supports store operations and helps develop skills for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth through comprehensive wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital tools.
• Drive sales and support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs (SPH, data capture).
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and support talent sourcing efforts.
• Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and adherence to store policies.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for clienteling and outreach.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
