You will deliver attentive service, guide product choices, grow sales through client outreach and digital clienteling tools, and meet or exceed goals while supporting team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer service and sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
