Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Territory Account Manager II to develop and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory while driving profitable sales growth. You will work with growers, retailers, dealers, alliance partners, and internal teams to identify needs and deliver agronomic and business solutions.

You will create territory plans, execute sales strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor delivering value-added products, services, and technical support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales, agriculture, agronomy, or related industry.
  • Proven success managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience developing business plans and executing growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural production practices and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow customer relationships within an assigned sales territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Create and execute annual territory business plans and sales objectives.

  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and community functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience .This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
