Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals in Thousand Oaks, CA to join our team. You will source and develop leads, prospect and network to meet sales goals, while delivering excellent customer service and retaining clients.

Strong communication, self-motivation, and a disciplined work ethic are essential. The role offers structured onboarding, training, and a clear path toward uncapped commission earnings with a base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
