Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks talented sales professionals with ambition, initiative, and a strong work ethic. You will source and develop leads, network, and maintain customer relationships while aiming to meet monthly goals.

A competitive sales drive and effective communication are essential to deliver excellent service and drive retention. Starting hourly pay is $28.85 with training; full-time earnings average $99,600–$121,700 annually after training, with uncapped commissions for exceeding

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify prospects and maintain relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy and organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
