AAA Northern New England is seeking a Sales Agent to join our Manchester, NH team. You will source and develop leads, prospect, and network to meet monthly goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, milestone incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and paid training. Starting pay is $24.04 per hour, with an annual earning potential of $80,000–$100,000 after training, and uncapped commissions for exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses for Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
