Starting pay is $24.04 per hour, with training; top performers meeting goals typically earn between $85,700 and $104,700 annually.

Sales Agent

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
