Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks talented sales professionals in California to source leads, prospect, and network while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work toward monthly goals, communicate effectively, and build a profitable business with strong earning potential after training.

Starting hourly pay is $28.85 plus commission; top performers earn between $99,600 and $121,700 annually. Comprehensive benefits, including pension, are available.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Must have computer experience and good organization skills.
• Ability to qualify and maintain lines and life insurance licenses.
• Background check, drug screen and credit check required.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
