Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Sales Advocate in Michigan to serve Cricket Wireless customers with personalized solutions and exceptional service. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend the best wireless plans and devices while meeting store goals.

The role offers commission-based earning potential, training, and opportunities for advancement. You should be 18+, able to work 32+ hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills with attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
