Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer, seeks a Sales Advocate in Gulfport, MS. You will provide extraordinary customer service, offer tailored solutions, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

This role offers unlimited earning potential through lucrative commissions, paid training, and upward mobility. You must be 18+, able to work 32+ hours weekly including evenings and weekends, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills with attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the home store.
• Proficient with a computer and basic software.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment.
