Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate to deliver outstanding customer service and tailor solutions for customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and help drive store performance while supporting leadership with daily operations.

The role offers commission-based earnings, opportunities for advancement, and benefits started after 90 days. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a focus on customer acquisition and brand

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location and ability to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer and follow instructions.
