Job summary

Mobilelink is hiring a Sales Advocate in Fort Oglethorpe, GA to deliver exceptional customer service and drive Cricket Wireless product sales. You will build value with tailored solutions and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation. Training provided with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude with honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the store location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations in the district.
• Must be able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Possibility of standing for long periods and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending Cricket Wireless products and services.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties as needed.
