Job summary

Mobilelink Mississippi is seeking a Sales Advocate to join Cricket Wireless and help customers find the best wireless solutions. You will engage customers, build value, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Training and tools are provided to help you succeed. This role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions, a clear career path, and benefits including PTO after 90 days, health, dental and vision insurance, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
