Hansel Acura/Hansel Subaru is seeking a Sales Advisor who will learn our systems and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. Your role will involve maintaining knowledge of our vehicle inventory and staying current on product technology.

This position offers a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends. Successful candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, and should possess a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is crucial.
• Experience in inside or outside sales preferred.
• Background in customer service is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work retail hours.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean record.

Pay Range

Salary Range: $35,500 to $200,000 +

The Sales Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.06, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.

• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
• Learn the automotive business
• Stay up to date on technological changes in the product

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in both English and Spanish is important and will be a key consideration
• Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is a huge plus
• Customer Service Background is a great start
• Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience
• Self-Motivation is a key
• Communicate with enthusiasm about our productsBe available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
