Job summary

LUV Carwash is hiring for a membership sales role at our Santa Rosa location. You will promote and sell membership passes, educating customers on promotions and products to deliver an outstanding service experience.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated with a proven track record in membership sales, with excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Essential Functions

Requirements

Physical Demands:

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
