LUV Carwash in Paramount, CA is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to promote and sell memberships and create the ideal service experience.

You will educate customers on promotions, build relationships, and strive to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team. This non-exempt, full-time role offers commission and benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Essential Functions:

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
