Job summary

LUV Car Wash in San Diego is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Specialist to promote and sell LUV memberships, delivering a helpful, knowledge-based experience to customers.

You will build rapport, achieve sales targets, and educate guests on promotions, products, and services, contributing to a positive service experience. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a friendly, proactive approach.

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
