LUV Car Wash in San Diego is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes. You will educate customers on promotions, memberships, and services while delivering an exceptional service experience.

The role emphasizes developing positive customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment. Reports to the General Manager; FLSA status is non-exempt.

Essential Functions

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
