Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to promote and sell LUV membership passes at the point of service. You’ll educate customers on promotions, drive memberships, and help deliver an outstanding service experience.

Ideal candidates are motivated, target-driven, with strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills. This role offers opportunities for growth, seasonal overtime, and a team-focused environment.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.


• Work outside in varying weather conditions.


• Standing for long periods of time during shift.


• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.


• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
