Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Scranton is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Associate to drive enrollment of LUV passes and grow customer relationships. You will present, promote, and sell memberships using knowledge-based retail techniques to hit targets.

Key responsibilities include educating customers on promotions, maintaining positive rapport, and achieving sales goals within schedule, with opportunities for overtime and earning commissions as part of a rewarding, team-focused environment.

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
