LUV Car Wash is hiring for a membership sales role at our Escondido location. You will present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes, while educating customers on promotions and products to ensure an ideal service experience.

We value strong selling and communication skills, a focus on targets, and a team-oriented approach. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth and commission-based incentives.

Essential Functions

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
