H&M is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor in Los Angeles to greet customers and deliver high-level service across the store. You will assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor, while processing deliveries and replenishing stock. You'llhave the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations toassistingat the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

Your roleisessential in creating welcoming experiences thatshowcasethe best ofour brand. With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you'llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

Preferable but not mandatory

• Understandingof store operations & customer service skills frompreviousretail experience
• Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizingetc

Additional Information

• This is apart-timeposition with a contract of 6 hours a week.
