Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to deliver an exceptional brand experience while meeting personal sales targets and cultivating a high-end client base. The role also supports daily boutique operations in line with heritage and values.

The Sales Advisor will develop client relationships through events and networking, respond to client requests, and utilize CRM data to continually refine service and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a timepiece-related field.
  • Luxury client experience mindset, critical thinking, and solution-oriented skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Flexibility to work according to changing boutique schedules; a second language is a plus.
