Job summary

STRIDE Fitness seeks a front desk sales advocate to convert interest into memberships through genuine connection and disciplined follow-up. You’ll drive membership sales in person, by phone, email, and social media, greet prospects, deliver studio tours, and present options with confidence.

You will follow up with leads to move prospects through the sales pipeline, meet monthly goals, and provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.

• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
