Rumble Boxing in Montvale, NJ is seeking a front desk sales associate to welcome members and guests, check in clients for sessions, and drive memberships and retail sales. You will deliver top-tier customer service and contribute to a high-energy studio culture.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to work under pressure, learn Club Ready software, and a flexible schedule including some holidays and weekends. Join our team and help grow our community.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.

• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email.
• Ability to learn Club Ready software.

Responsabilités

• Check in clients for sessions.
• Provide top of the line service to all new and existing members.
• Execute sales and hospitality process of first time member experience, follow up, and close.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s).
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Maintain brand standards and initiatives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able and willing to move bags, and perform minor maintenance
• Must be willing to clean Rumble, Bathrooms, Lobby, etc
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
