Job summary

Premier Truck Group, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Sales Administrator to manage customer interactions, invoicing, and deal processing. The role supports inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and documentation flow across multiple systems.

A positive results-driven attitude and reliable team collaboration are essential. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related role.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet incoming customers.
• Assist with policy claims.
• Input inventory into database and locator pro.
• Assign POs to vendors when work is needed.
• Process and input invoices into YOOZ.
• Assist with Warranty Registrations and Extended Warranty purchases.
• Stock in trucks/trades/OMP’s.
• Process transfer agreements, wire requests, and check requests.
• Issue POs and process vendor invoices.
• Upload documents and pictures to SOD for trucks.
• Ensure web descriptions are accurate and push trucks to Truck Paper.
• Submit weekly ad pages for Truck Paper and Facebook.
• Process customer deposits and refunds.
• Process recaps on truck deals.
• Book truck deals and submit to accounting.
• Handle cash and outside lender deals from start to finish.
• Create credit files (pulling credit).
• Scan completed files into SOD.
• Log finalized deals in PTGIS.
• Book deals and submit to accounting.
• Process Title work.
• Submit Daimler/Funding packets.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Sales Administrator Requirements:

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

Experience

A minimum of one year experience is required.

Licenses or Certificates

A valid driver’s license is required.
