They design and manufacture cutting-edge thermal imaging cameras and advanced optical sensor systems that safeguard critical infrastructure, high-security facilities, public safety teams, and commercial operations worldwide. The team thrives on innovation, precision engineering, and delivering mission‑critical security solutions. As demand for high‑performance vision technology grows, they are looking for an ambitious, detail‑oriented Sales Support Specialist to serve as the backbone of our growing revenue team.

The Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the key bridge between our sales account executives, technical engineers, channel partners, and end customers. You won't just process orders—you will help bring market‑leading technology into the field by building accurate solution quotes, navigating technical specs, and keeping our sales pipeline moving at full speed.
