Job summary

DeVoe Buick GMC in Naples, FL is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Manager with reporting, inventory tracking, CRM maintenance, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that does not involve selling vehicles.

You will prepare reports, track inventory, review incentives, coordinate onboarding, maintain files, and ensure accurate CRM records. We value organization, reliable follow-through, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage recurring tasks and follow through.
• Strong computer skills, especially with spreadsheets and reports.
• Effective communicator across departments.
• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience in automotive dealership is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, scorecards, goals, and results
• Track new vehicle inventory, including off-site vehicles
• Review manufacturer incentives and help identify discrepancies
• Maintain inventory and monthly management reports
• Review department timesheets and coordinate corrections
• Assist with administrative portions of new-hire onboarding
• Maintain CTP fleet records and coordinate vehicles needing service
• Monitor lost-sale activity and keep CRM records accurate
• Track CSI results and flag trends or concerns
• Assist with monthly sales promotions, campaigns, and specials
• Maintain Business & Government Sales scorecards
• Coordinate documentation between Sales, Service, and other departments
• Handle recurring administrative responsibilities and special projects for the Sales Manager
