Russel Metals USA is seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Administrative Support professional to collaborate with customers and drive service quality. You will handle data entry, shipping logs, POs, pricing, and order confirmations to ensure accurate processing.

This role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment. This position offers paid vacation, a 401(k) plan with company match, comprehensive benefits, and a path to contribute

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret business information and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

• Works collaboratively with customers to drive the vision and mission.
• Processes data entry related to shipping logs, PO’s, pricing, and other information.
• Complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer PO’s.
• Identifies and resolves customer problems by gathering and analyzing information.
• Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
• Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, inventory and order-processing system, and email.
