Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and track them from mill order through shipment to the customer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response.
• Communicate with customers regarding their orders.
• Interact with Outside Sales, Quality Assurance and Purchasing on a routine basis.
• Represent Metals USA in a positive and professional manner.
• Resolve customer service issues as needed by working within the team.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Quote customers on spot opportunities from time to time.
• Learn the industry trends and understand customer demand / forecast trends.
• Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data to contribute to production service schedule.
