Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator (Inside Sales Support)
Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
What You Will DO
- Assist sales team in all sales activities
- Process customer purchase orders and credit claims
- Arrange routing and ensure order ship out on schedule
- Work with Accounting/Warehouse to keep account current
- Maintain google sheet for order/credit note status on daily basis
What You Will NEED
- 2-year US college degree and above
- 1 year+ sales assistant related experience
- Knowledge of routing/shipping terms
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and advanced spreadsheet functions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Skilled in multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply new concepts rapidly
