Position Details

Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time, Tuesday - Saturday)

Pay Range: $23.00/hr - $31.00/hr (depending on experience)

Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs blend medically sophisticated care with personalized treatment, grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents. We utilize a multidisciplinary approach integrating medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies within an intimate home setting.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct initial intake assessments and manage prospective client caseloads.
  2. Forward clinical/medical documentation for review by RNs or MDs.
  3. Collaborate with Evaluation Clinicians as necessary.
  4. Maintain communication with clients, families, and hospitals/programs.
  5. Coordinate admission dates with staff.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field (preferred).
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  3. Professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  4. Proficient in multitasking and computer skills.
  5. Experience in mental health field (preferred).
  6. Experience with Salesforce and EMR/EHR (preferred).
