Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

This position is responsible for performing clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures and may include a combination of answering telephones, completing and mailing documents, scheduling, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. This position also includes the coordination of intake assessments and interrelationships with site staff and outside organizations.

Pay: $23.51-$31.97 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct initial intake assessments and maintain caseload of prospective clients.
  • Forward clinical/medical documentation for review by registered nurses (RNs) or medical doctors (MDs).
  • Collaborate with Evaluation Clinicians as necessary.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, families, and referring hospitals/programs.
  • Foster collaboration with the outpatient team.
  • Coordinate admission dates in conjunction with admissions/program staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required, RN or LPN license accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Proficient in multitasking.
  • Excellent computer skills including typing keyboard expectations.
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in mental health field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and EMR/EHR preferred.
