Job summary

John Edwards Inc is expanding its Retail & Events team to bring on a Sales Account Representative who will engage customers at retail locations and events, represent the brand, and guide enrollment and purchasing.

You will focus on face-to-face communication, deliver sales presentations, and identify customer needs to propose suitable solutions while working toward account growth and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in retail environments and at promotional events
• Introduce current offers, promotions, and available service options
• Deliver clear and confident sales presentations

• Complete new customer enrollments and assist with account setup
• Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Track sales activity and update customer information through company systems
