Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks a sales-focused professional to drive distribution and revenue across Ann Arbor, Howell and nearby communities. You will execute promotions, train retail staff on pricing and product placement, and oversee inventory to ensure product freshness and availability.

The role requires a 21+ year old driver with reliable vehicle, clean driving record and ability to lift heavy items, including keg products, while meeting monthly business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain driving record and valid license, and maintain auto insurance coverage as required by company/state law.
• Employee must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and product promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials and events.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
