What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize the national sales model to generate leads and enroll Medicare beneficiaries into the nursing home plan
- Develop and manage account-specific strategies to educate and engage facility personnel
- Use traditional sales strategies to identify needs and introduce plan features and benefits
- Generate enrollments that meet or exceed established targets for the territory
- Document all activities to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Appropriate state health insurance licensure within 90 days of hire date or ability to obtain
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting or experience working in a skilled nursing facility
- Demonstrated account management skills, including planning, documentation, and measurement
- Willingness or ability to travel 90% throughout the designated local territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems or demonstrated technical skills
