The Industrial Regional Sales Manager, North America is a Water treatment sales position focused on expanding our Industrial business, driving Trojan’s market dominance, championing strategic growth, forging powerful partnerships, and ensuring Trojan remains the go-to leader in industrial water treatment. With your deep expertise and drive, you will help industrial customers achieve greater efficiency and sustainability, shape market trends, and deliver game-changing solutions.

This position is part of the Sales department and will be remote.

Accountabilities

  • Increase sales and profits by meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin in the assigned territory by managing existing and developing new, customers, Channel Partners, and Consultants
  • Ensure achievement of the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by executing organizational best practices, including managing opportunity/sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' customer relationship management (CRM) solution; and meeting or exceeding new customer & funnel growth targets.
  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars, and channel management.


Critical Competencies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
  • Self-motivated and able to manage concurrent, conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage unstructured, complex tasks
  • Ability to travel within the region for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be over 50% of the time)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required
  • 5+ years of sales or channel management experience
  • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications
  • High energy performer who operates as part of a team and whose enthusiasm inspires and motivates teams, peers, and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving mentality with a can-do attitude

US ONLY:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
