Reyes Beverage Group in Surprise, AZ seeks a full-time Sales role to drive store growth and retain distribution partnerships. You will execute promotions, manage pricing communications, and coordinate in-store activities to maximize shelf impact.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience or 4–5+ years with a HS diploma, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A comprehensive benefits package supports wellness and retirement goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have reliable automobile transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes to meet monthly objectives and acquire new business.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing, and coordinate displays and events.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize stockouts and ensure product rotation.
• Plan regular sales visits to accounts and support distribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
