Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older per state requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver license, and auto insurance coverage.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and grow new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and product promotions and coordinate displays and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to ensure freshness and shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.
