Reyes Family of Businesses in Tucson, AZ seeks a full-time Sales Associate to secure new distribution, meet monthly targets, and expand market reach for our beverages. You will execute promotions, coordinate displays, maintain inventory, and build relationships with retailers.

Requires 1–3 years related experience or 4–5+ years with HS; valid license and reliable transportation required. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 50% match, tuition

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma/GED with 4–5+ years of experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver license, and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and meet monthly objectives; actively acquire new business and maintain existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate pricing, displays, POS materials, and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Maintain inventory to minimize stock and code issues; monitor product placement and shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.
